Dennis is an amazing host and was available for all our queries during and before the stay. The place has all amenities. " Stayed at Royal pool villa, the Great memories, very nice place, amazing people. They recommended the very good taxi driver Songlap Ruecha on Toyota Fortuner, which was always with us, never cheating and knew the city. My wife forgot the wallet with ~1500$ inside.. When he came back, the wallet was in the car, nothing was lost))) The swimming pool was good with its spa, people were coming every 3 days for cleaning it and repair the water circulation. The house is a little bit far from the city, but its much better for family, no loud music or scooters around, very quiet place with security, nobody can enter that area. The taxi took us to the city for 300 bat at night time, 200 in day time, depends on the distance, you can go shopping on the way home for some food or beer, he waits you but the price doesn't change, so we didn't have any problems with transport all the time.
